1. How much is it to renew my Email Importer software maintenance
All non-free licenses come with 12 months of software maintenance (support and product updates). Beyond this initial 12 month period, you may renew your software maintenance for a further 12 months at our discounted renewal prices.

* Maintenance renewals commence from the expiration of your active maintenance period, regardless of when the maintenance renewal is purchased. If you intend to renew, we recommend renewing at least 30 days before expiration.
2. What is the cost to Upgrade my Email Importer license to a higher user tier?
To upgrade from a 10 User license to a higher User License requires the purchase of a new license. Licensees can upgrade to a 50 Users, 100 Users, 500 Users, 2000 Users or 2000+ Users license at any time. All data is seamlessly upgraded. Upgrades include 12 months of software maintenance commencing from the date payment is processed. This will override any existing maintenance period.

3. Additional clustered node licenses
Only Email Importer 2000 Users and 2000+ Users license holders can upgrade to a multi-node or clustered edition of Confluence Email Importer. To upgrade to a multi-node or clustered edition of Confluence Email Importer, you simply need to purchase a new additional clustered node license.
The maintenance period of your existing Confluence Email Importer 2000 Users or Confluence 2000+ Users license will be synchronized with the additional clustered node license accordingly.

4. How can I request a quote?
Requesting an obligation-free quote is easy! You will just need to submit your request through our Quote & Order Form. In the final step check "Get a Quote" and click submit. Only quotes submitted though our online form are considered valid.
5. Does my Email Importer license have to match my Confluence license?
Email Importer is an Add-on for Confluence whose license type and user count must match that of the Confluence license with which it is being used. For example, a 25 User Commercial Confluence license will require a 25 User Commercial Email Importer license(s).
6. How do you define a Confluence Email Importer User?
A user is defined as a unique, named account that has been granted access to an application. Anonymous users may also be granted access and do not count against license totals.
7. How is Confluence Email Importer licensed?
A Confluence Email Importer commercial/academic license entitles you to:
- Deploy a single instance of Confluence Email Importer in a production environment on 1 server accessible by the number of users licensed
- Unlimited pages, spaces and comments
- Perpetual Confluence Email Importer use
- Software maintenance for 12 months - including all updates and online support (from UK local business hours)
An academic license is available for qualified educational and academic institutions.

Please note:
- All prices are in US dollars.
- VAT is not included, European customers enter your VAT ID during the order process. If you do not have a VAT ID, local VAT will be added.
- The license entitles you to perpetual use and include 12 months support and updates. After that you may renew the maintenance period at 50% of the then current price.
- Maintenance renewals commence from the expiration of your active maintenance period, regardless of when the maintenance renewal is purchased.
- It is possible to upgrade existing licenses, please contact Us and we will provide you with a corresponding quote.
- Your Email Importer license size has to match or exceed the size of the matching Confluence License.
